Job description

We’re Hiring: Senior Talent Manager

Slash MGMT + Slash Studios

Salary: Negotiable

About Us

This is Slash.

Slash is a full-service talent management company representing top digital-native talent across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, sports, hosting, music, and acting. We operate Slash Studios, our in-house digital production company bridging traditional and new media, and Slash Models, our modeling division under /mgmt. The modeling division is evolving with our studio expansion, allowing for an ecosystem of talent to collaborate and grow together.

Our Theatrical Division focuses on building long-term, strategic careers for actors across film, television, and theater, taking a hands-on approach that offers a level of care and attention often missing elsewhere. We view each actor’s career through a 360 lens, ensuring every move is intentional, while never losing sight of our role as true managers and long-term partners in their growth.

Founded in 2019, our mission is to empower creators to build multi-hyphenate careers with longevity and cultural impact. We are deeply committed to elevating underrepresented talent and operate with core values of inclusivity, authenticity, collaboration, autonomy, diversity, innovation, and intentionality.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a seasoned leader to join our management team.

The Role: Senior Talent Manager

The Senior Talent Manager needs to already have an established roster of high-performing digital and multi-hyphenate talent while playing a leadership role within the management team. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry relationships, strong business instincts, and a passion for shaping talent careers across brand partnerships, content, and traditional entertainment.

This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-first environment and understands the evolving media landscape.

Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of experience in talent management, digital talent representation, or a related entertainment field
  • Proven track record managing established creators and executing high-level brand partnerships
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contracts, deal structures, and talent economics
  • Existing industry relationships across brands, agencies, and entertainment partners
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator monetization, and the evolving media ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business strategy
  • Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Passion for creator-first representation and inclusive storytelling

Why Slash
  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing management company
  • Collaborative, values-driven culture
  • Direct impact on talent careers and company growth
  • Access to in-house production, modeling, and multi-platform opportunities
