โ€ข Creating schedules that detail the activities by day, week and month
โ€ข Advertising activities that are open to the public
โ€ข Attending or leading activities to ensure that events go smoothly
โ€ข Adhering to budgetary guidelines when planning activities
โ€ข Working with vendors to provide food, music, supplies and services for activities as needed
โ€ข Soliciting feedback from participants to identify what worked well and what areas of improvement exist
โ€ข Keeping detailed records of activities to track participation rates, costs and other metrics
