Are you passionate about enriching the lives of older adults through engaging programs and services? As an Activity Aide at Chartwell, you'll have the fulfilling role of creating meaningful experiences that support the well-being of our residents. Your creativity, compassion, and energy will help shape a vibrant community that supports residents' wellness across all dimensions.

What You'll Do
  • Help plan and deliver programs that support all dimensions of wellness
  • Encourage residents to take part in daily activities and special events
  • Monitor and record participation and engagement levels
  • Support a safe, welcoming, and inclusive activity space
  • Prepare and share calendars, posters, and newsletters for programs
What You'll Bring
  • Previous customer service experience; working with seniors is a strong asset
  • Post-secondary education in recreation, gerontology, social work, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized; detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
