Job description

Position:                                The Anson County School System is accepting applications for the positions of Bus Driver, Sub Bus Driver, and Activity Bus Driver.
Application:                          Screenings will begin immediately upon completion of the bus certification Deadline procedures and hiring process until all positions are filled.
Job Specifics:                        Salary TBA (Based on state salary schedule)
                                                Term of Employment:  As needed
                                                Hours:  Varies
Qualifications:                      Must hold Commercial Driver's License with P and S Endorsement
                                                Pre-Employment/Random Drug Testing
                                                Pre-employment Criminal/DMV check is required
                                                Ability to read and write
                                                Ability to work effectively with other people
                                                Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
                                                Complete all bus certification requirements
Responsibilities:                   Driving regular school bus routes
                                                Substituting on bus routes when called upon
                                                Driving Activity Buses for Athletic Events and Field Trips
                                                Maintaining appropriate conduct standards
                                                Preparing and maintaining logs and reports
