What You'll Do:
Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
Encourage and support resident participation
Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters
Escort residents to and from programs as needed
Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
Document participation per regulatory guidelines
Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately
You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead small group activities
Valid driver's license (as applicable)
Senior living experience preferred
