Job description

Envirojim is a company specializing in the recycling and revalorization of materials, in collaboration with European suppliers, and is currently looking for someone to fill the position of \"Administrative Assistant\".
Whether you have experience or not, we provide on-site training.
Job type: Full-time, permanent, day shift
Work schedule: 40h/week, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: Competitive (to be discussed according to experience)
Benefits: Group insurance, ongoing training
Job location: On-site (St-Isidore office)
Main duties :
  • Manage incoming calls;
  • Perform accounts receivable activities (prepare and send customer invoices);
  • Perform accounts payable activities (registration of supplier invoices);
  • Validate various data in collaboration with management;
  • Process expense reports and invoices;
  • Perform any other tasks required by the position.

The person we are looking for must :
  • Be bilingual (English - French, spoken and written);
  • Be dynamic, autonomous and responsible;
  • Knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Knowledge of accounting (an asset);
  • Interpersonal skills, initiative and willingness to take on challenges;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
