The L'Okoise Residence welcomes people with Alzheimer's disease or cognitive impairment. The well-being, individualized support, maintenance of independence, a wide range of activities, and the safety and health of our residents are our priorities. We offer our residents a daily stimulation program that we have created specifically for them.

Position offered: 1 part-time position from 1pm to 7pm, Tuesday to Friday. Option to add one weekend out of every two Summary of the position as Head of Stimulation Activities: The person recruited must above all be dynamic, cheerful and creative. Having a good understanding of elderly people and, in particular, Alzheimer's disease.

Will need to propose a stimulation program in a playful spirit: Cognitive stimulation (group activities working on memory, word games, spelling, mathematics, singing sessions, reading, bingo… Specific activities depending on the cognitive level) Physical stimulation (outdoor and indoor walks, exercise sessions, ball games) Requirements: Autonomy, respect, discretion, confidentiality, sense of responsibility Fluency in French is required; knowledge of English is an asset.
