NHC HealthCare Garden City is looking for an Activity Assistant to join their team of healthcare professionals at this post-acute, 24 hour facility. The qualified applicant for this position should be caring and compassionate and able to provide direct and indirect care to our patients, including those with dementia. Duties include:
  • program development for providing fun and engaging activities for patients
  • completing assessments and documentation in a timely manner
  • encouraging and motivating patients to participate in programs and activities
