Northway Health & Rehab is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and dependable Activity Aide to join our team. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

As an Activity Aide, you will help plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities designed to enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with planning and implementing daily activity programs
  • Encourage resident participation in individual and group activities
  • Lead games, crafts, music programs, holiday events, and social gatherings
  • Transport residents to and from activities as needed
  • Help decorate for holidays, special events, and resident celebrations
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Document resident participation and engagement in activities
  • Support resident-centered programming that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
