  • Maintain activity supplies, manage inventory, and assist with department budgeting.

  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Experience leading activities in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living community.

  • A genuine passion for working with older adults, especially those living with dementia.

  • Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • The ability to motivate and engage residents with different interests and abilities.

  • Experience planning events, coordinating schedules, and managing multiple priorities.

  • Basic computer skills for calendars, documentation, and communication.

  • The physical ability to lead exercise programs, games, outings, and other resident activities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Activity Professional certification or related certifications are a plus.

  • Experience in dementia care and person-centered programming is highly preferred.

  • Background in recreation therapy, event planning, senior services, healthcare, or therapeutic recreation is beneficial.
