Job description

We are Fox Hollow Independent & Assisted Living located in beautiful Bend, OR. We are a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.

As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.You will:
  • Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
  • Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
  • Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
  • Report to the activities director
You currently:

  • Advocate for the senior population
