About Us:
The Orchards at Three Rivers, a skilled nursing facility, is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team, committed to promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents through meaningful interaction and daily enrichment.

About the Role:

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in developing, organizing, and leading group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities. You will encourage resident participation, provide companionship during programs, and document resident participation and provide feedback to the Life Enrichment Director. You will also support special events, outings, and holiday celebrations, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and infection control policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, organizing, and leading group and individual activities

  • Encourage resident participation and provide companionship during programs

  • Help transport residents to and from activities

  • Document resident participation and provide feedback to the Life Enrichment Director

  • Support special events, outings, and holiday celebrations

  • Comply with all health, safety, and infection control policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred
