This role plays a vital part in enhancing quality of life by promoting socialization, emotional well-being, and daily engagement in a warm, resident-centered environment. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, creative, and passionate about working with seniors in a long-term care setting.

Activities Aide Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group activities

  • Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance

  • Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
