Pro Active Physio Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team in Victorville, California. As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric patients and develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.
• Implement treatment strategies using evidence-based practices while considering patient preferences and progress.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness and make necessary modifications to care plans and goals.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans using our electronic health record system.
• Engage and educate patients and their families about the recovery process, setting realistic expectations about rehabilitation timelines and outcomes.
• Adhere to minimum utilization goals and collaborate with clinical leadership to meet business objectives.
• Work closely with peers across various disciplines within the clinic to coordinate care for patients receiving multiple therapy services.
• Embody and promote the core values of Pro Active Physio Clinic, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our organization and its mission.

Our diverse patient base ranges from children with developmental delays to adults recovering from injuries or surgeries. You will encounter a wide array of conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, neurological disorders, and rehabilitation needs following orthopedic surgery. The clinic's multilingual services ensure that we are accessible to patients from various cultural backgrounds, enhancing the effectiveness of our interventions.

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• The candidate must hold a current and unrestricted physical therapy license issued by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred but not required.
• A willingness to conduct evaluations and provide therapy both in-person and via telehealth to accommodate patient needs.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse population, demonstrating cultural competence in care delivery.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment are essential.
• Must possess excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

While our primary focus is on qualifications and skills, candidates with prior experience in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting, knowledge of telehealth solutions, or familiarity with electronic health records will be given preference. Experience in community outreach or educational initiatives related to physical therapy may also be beneficial.
