Job Summary:
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a System Administrator (Active Directory) – Level I to support and maintain enterprise Active Directory infrastructure in a 24x7 operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Domain Controllers and core Microsoft enterprise services to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the organization’s Windows server and identity infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Domain Controllers and Active Directory infrastructure
• Configure and manage Active Directory Sites and Services, replication, organizational units, and enterprise topology
• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments
• Manage enterprise services including:
• DNS
• DHCP
• Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to maintain a secure enterprise environment
• Implement and maintain DISA STIG compliance and perform vulnerability remediation activities
• Provision, disable, and maintain user accounts, security groups, and organizational units
• Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise Windows system issues in a timely manner
• Develop and utilize PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks
• Support enterprise service continuity and ensure high system availability
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to maintain secure and compliant environments
• Provide responsive technical and customer support in a mission-critical environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required at contract start
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience operating computer systems
• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Active Directory in 24x7 enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience administering enterprise Domain Controllers and Active Directory infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with: Active Directory Sites and Services, AD replication, Windows Server 2019/2022, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, ADFS
• Experience applying patches, updates, security configurations, and remediation activities in enterprise environments
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs and mitigating vulnerability findings
• Experience managing user accounts, security groups, and organizational units
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise Windows environments
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Degree or vocational diploma in Information Systems Technology or related field; technical certifications may substitute for education
• In lieu of degree, an additional 5 years of documented experience supporting all position requirements may be considered
• CompTIA Security+ certification required
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M ITA II baseline certification requirements
Preferred:
• Experience supporting virtualized environments
• Broad experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies and Windows operating systems
• Experience supporting secure Federal or DoD operational environments
• Experience automating system administration tasks through scripting and operational standardization
• Strong customer service and communication skills supporting enterprise infrastructure services
