• Masterful Case Presentation: Confidently present comprehensive dental treatment plans, explaining clinical needs and procedures in approachable, patient-friendly language.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is strictly required.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in high-value case presentation and driving case acceptance rates.
• Financial Fluency: Complete comfort presenting large treatment fees, discussing out-of-pocket expenses, and structuring payment plans.
• Communication Style: A warm, professional, and trustworthy demeanor that puts patients at ease immediately.
• Workplace Habits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a natural passion for teamwork.
