Job Overview:
We're looking for an energetic, fun, and enthusiastic Sport Concierge Lead to work at a high-profile company's fitness center located in Beaverton OR.
What you will do:
  • Fulfill Sport Concierge/Receptionist duties and expectations such as greet and assist members, manage facility access, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Train new Sport Concierge team members and serve as mentor and resource for Concierge Team by providing gold-standard customer service
  • Assist Membership Director with executing special projects and initiatives
  • Create and audit Standard Operating Procedures, conduct facility needs analysis, and additional reporting as requested
  • Support team coverage by if a team member is on break, PTO or calls out
  • Support on-site Sport Events
  • Responsible for opening and or/closing facility

What we are looking for:
  • Current and active Workplace Well-being team member
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent; experience with Forbes standards
  • Basic computer skills including e-mail Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web applications
  • Experience as a receptionist, clerk, secretary, or other customer service professional
  • Ability to multi-task and execute time management, problem-solving, organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to hold team members accountable to job duties
  • Must have customer service skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants
  • Current CPR AED and first aid certifications within the first four weeks
