Job description


The Marketing Manager and Opening Support Trainer plays a key role in the growth and successful launch of new Slick City Action Park locations. This position combines strategic marketing leadership with operational training support to ensure every park opens strong and continues to build momentum within its local community.
This role focuses on developing and executing local marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving traffic through events, partnerships, and promotions. In addition, this position supports the successful opening of new parks by training leadership teams and staff on marketing initiatives, guest engagement strategies, and company standards.
The Marketing Manager and Opening Support Trainer works closely with the Regional Team, park leadership, and corporate departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong park performance across the region. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Regional Team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, training, operations, or a related field.
Experience with event marketing, social media management, or community outreach preferred.
Ability to travel to support new park openings and training initiatives.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive park traffic and brand awareness.
  • Support grand opening marketing campaigns and promotional events for new parks.
  • Train park leadership teams and staff on marketing initiatives, promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new park leadership teams during opening phases.
  • Build relationships with local schools, organizations, businesses, and community groups.
  • Coordinate and support marketing events, partnerships, and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing standards across parks.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide feedback to park leadership teams.
  • Support parks in driving birthday party bookings, memberships, and special events.
  • Assist with implementing corporate marketing campaigns at the park level.
  • Travel to support new park openings and operational training as needed.
