Job Description

The Loss Drafts Associate lll is responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions. This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.Key Responsibilities

• Responds to written and verbal customer requests, inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Validates documents pertaining to claim

• Orders and reviews inspection results

• Requests claim funds when applicable

• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks

• Assists with cross training inbound representatives on borrower follow up queue

• Updates records and note system

• Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s

• Verifies claim check deposits

• Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests for claims

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is $19/hr.
