Job description

The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to schedule all projects in a timely manner according to the installation type sold and ACS capacity while also verifying work scope and communicating job site requirements to the consumer. This role will also be responsible for landing technicians and closing installs ensuring ACS is meeting time and quality commitments. 

About You

  • You have worked in a Call Center environment and loved it. You find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed. You also like to push yourself in the number of calls you can accomplish per day.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next task to accomplish.
Essential Functions
(What you would be in charge of)
  • You will be making and receiving a high number of scheduling calls.
  • You will verify purchased items with the customer to ensure they receive the correct product.
  • You will receive calls from our Installation team regarding their estimated time of arrival and when they arrive to the customers home.
  • You will follow up with the customer upon installation to make sure they are highly satisfied.

  • You know how to use a computer and can navigate various systems (we created our system, so it is EASY to learn)
