Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-senior level Corporate M&A Associate to join a leading law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated public M&A and take-private transactions across multiple offices and industries.


Responsibilities

  • Lead M&A transactions from inception through closing
  • Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and deal documents
