 Heartspring is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across our therapeutic school, residential programs, outpatient clinics, and corporate departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high-volume recruiting, sourcing, recruitment marketing, sourcing, employer branding, workforce planning, and talent strategy while making a meaningful impact on children and families.

  • Location: Wichita, KS
  • Department: Human Resources
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday onsite
  • Requirements: 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resource experience 
What You'll Do
  • This is an individual contributor position that supports full-cycle recruitment for first-line leadership, professional and clinical positions while supporting high-volume hiring for critical frontline roles
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently, balancing speed with quality to meet organizational hiring goals
  • Extend employment offers and guide candidates through every step of the pre-employment and onboarding process
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers, HR, Learning & Development, IT, Compliance, and other internal partners to ensure new hires move seamlessly from offer acceptance to orientation
  • Monitor onboarding progress, proactively remove barriers, and maintain accurate candidate records to keep hiring timelines on track
  • Ensure candidates are placed into the appropriate positions, schedules, and departments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and regulatory compliance
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline while balancing competing priorities, multiple requisitions, and critical deadlines
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to continuously improve recruitment outcomes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on-someone who can think long-term while also filling today's critical positions. We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Experience coordinating complex hiring workflows across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and keep candidates moving through the hiring process
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with leaders, candidates, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technologies
  • A passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience while supporting organizational hiring goals
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job families
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, educators, or behavioral health professionals
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification
