Retail Associate AttorneyAmLaw 200 OpportunityCompensation

$170,000 – $285,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Retail Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Atlanta.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in a sophisticated practice representing retailers, restaurants, developers, property owners, and other consumer-facing businesses in connection with real estate, leasing, development, and other commercial matters.

Ideal Background

2–6 years of retail, commercial real estate, leasing, or related transactional experience

• Experience representing retailers, restaurants, developers, landlords, tenants, or other commercial clients

• Significant experience drafting and negotiating retail leases and other commercial leasing agreements

• Experience with site acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition matters

• Experience drafting and negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and related agreements

• Experience handling title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence

• Experience assisting clients with retail expansion, portfolio management, and development projects is a plus

• Ability to coordinate sophisticated transactions from initial negotiations through closing

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent client service and communication skills

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
