Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of substantive experience practicing in mergers and acquisitions and/or public company securities transactions disclosures. Qualified candidates will have substantive experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and/or public company securities transactions and disclosure. Additional experience with licensing and technology agreements, corporate governance and/or private equity transactions is a plus. Successful candidates will have experience leading all phases of transactions, as well as strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. Active license in AZ preferred.
