ACPE chaplains are trained to offer compassionate, nonjudgmental care during times of crisis, illness, and grief, and often play a key role in interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

To thrive as an ACPE Chaplain, you need theological education, completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units, and board certification from recognized chaplaincy organizations.
