  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment
  • Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care

What We Value

  • A deep commitment to reducing human suffering through evidence-based assessments, interventions, and therapeutic methods.
  • Clinicians grounded in diversity-informed and culturally responsive care, equipped to work effectively with a broad spectrum of ages and populations.
  • Team collaboration across disciplines.

  • Flexible schedules-including hybrid options with both in-person and remote work-to support a healthy integration of your professional and personal life.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (Medica, Delta Dental, EyeMed). Note: Health benefits eligibility may vary based on weekly client hours billed.
  • No-cost telehealth and at-home visits via Nice Healthcare (for you and your household).
  • 401(k) with employer contributions-no match required.
  • 529 college savings plan.
  • Free malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Provided caseload - ACP is a preferred provider with major health plans.
  • Weekly supervision/consultation meetings.
  • Minimal on-call responsibilities - typically once a year or less. Our collaborative team approach helps minimize emergency room visits and ensures continuity of care.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday flexibility.
