Headquartered in Colorado and operating across Denver, Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, and Raleigh, we’re known for excellence, innovation, and outstanding craftsmanship.
We’re expanding our Austin TX team and looking for skilled Apprentice, Journeymen, and Foreman with carpentry and acoustical ceiling experience.

Apprentice
• Assist in installing wire, grid, and acoustic tiles for suspended ceilings.
• Support field setup, material handling, tool maintenance, and workshop safety.
• Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions.

Journeyman
• All Apprentice duties, plus:
• Install complex ceiling and wall systems—including wood, metal, demountable partitions, and specialty panels.
• Read blueprints and specs, train apprentices, manage documentation, and flex scheduling as needed.
• Requirements: 3+ years in suspended ceiling installation, strong carpentry skills, blueprint literacy.

• Leadership & Supervision – Direct, train, and support Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Installation Oversight – Ensure proper installation of materials on commercial construction projects.
• Safety – Maintain and enforce a safe work environment and jobsite practices.
• Quality & Customer Service – Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Project Performance – Complete work efficiently and in alignment with project schedules and budget goals.
