Home Bank is seeking a Digital Banking & Payments Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and growth of our digital banking, payments, and treasury management services. This position can be located in any of our market locations. It is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.

In this role, you'll drive innovation across online and mobile banking, digital payments, treasury management solutions, fraud prevention, and customer-facing technologies while ensuring operational excellence, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital banking, payments, and treasury management strategy.
  • Oversee online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, ACH, wires, digital wallets, RTP, P2P payments, and treasury services.
  • Drive digital transformation, process improvement, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Manage risk, fraud prevention, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP), and incident response efforts.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
