About the SkillBridge Program

The Department of Defense SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with the opportunity to gain real-world civilian work experience during their final 180 days of active duty.


At Ace Electric, we don't just offer a program-we offer a launchpad into a long-term career. Participants are immersed in meaningful work across our field operations, corporate teams, and preconstruction environments, gaining hands-on experience aligned with their skills, interests, and career goals.


Program Overview

  • Type: Full-Time | In-Person
  • Duration: Up to 180 days (based on command approval)
  • Locations:
    • Valdosta, GA (Headquarters)
    • Atlanta, GA
    • Macon, GA
    • Statesboro, GA
    • Sanford, NC
    • Plain City, OH
    • Jackson, TN
  • Project Sites: Nationwide (Travel Required - Lodging & Per Diem Provided)

What You'll Do

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and (if applicable) motor vehicle review
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
