On-site at 3000 Ericsson Dr. Warrendale, PA
Schedule Options:
  • Monday - Friday: 5 x 8 - hour shifts, 11:30 am - 8:30 pm
  • Monday - Friday: 4 x 10 - hour shifts (Rotating days off)

Accredo, Evernorth's specialty pharmacy, is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative to support our pharmacy warehouse operations. This is a non-patient-facing and non-clinical role focused on supporting the completion of prescription orders in a controlled warehouse environment. You will be responsible for managing the work flow of the pharmacy, correcting errors, completing reports, and participating in production in compliance with pharmacy and quality standards to support safe and timely delivery.

What you'll do:
  • Pick and pack prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and proper handling
  • Provide error coaching and direction to pharmacy techs
  • Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts internal and external to the department. Supports staffing of pharmacy tech functions as described in the Pharmacy Technician/Sr - Fulfillment job description.
  • Complete daily reporting and Lead Standard work
  • Manage, as a team, the work flow in the pharmacy through adjusting staffing assignments

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Secondary education preferred.
  • Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician - Trainee registration
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience; experience in a Specialty pharmacy setting preferred. Experience in leading roles preferred.
  • Strong attendance record
  • Computer skills in MS Office with strong Excel skill.
  • Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
  • Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and e-mail
  • Ability to multi-task
