Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! Located in our bustling office building, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to the financial health of our company. You will handle crucial receivables tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our payment processes.
  • Process incoming payments with precision and ensure timely deposit.
  • Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct collection calls in a professional manner to manage outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain and input data into daily Excel spreadsheets to track transaction details.
  • Issue invoices to customers and ensure they receive them timely.
  • Review and process credit applications to determine customer creditworthiness.
  • Balance credit card accounts and verify transaction compliance.
  • Prepare and dispatch monthly Accounts Receivable (A/R) statements.
Qualifications
