Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to grow with a fast-moving company? Detritus is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Savannah team. You'll manage provider cards, process invoices, and keep our payments running smoothly — with real ownership of the AP function in a company that's scaling nationally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare, load, and record credit cards.

• Maintain accurate general ledger journal entries.

• Manage the Accounts Payable Dashboard on Salesforce, including accounting reports.

• Process accounts payable invoices and make provider payments promptly.

• Prepare sales and use tax returns.

• Provide support for internal and external audits.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.

• Prepare expense reports.

• Assist the Accounts Receivable team as needed.

• Other accounting duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred — relevant experience may substitute.

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably with rental invoicing.
