About the role

  • The Account Manager is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This role will focus on promoting ExploreMyPC’s web design and technology services to businesses, individuals, and organizations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills. Also, your job is to focus on managing all client accounts and relationships, and closing sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, pitch ExploreMyPC services, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact between ExploreMyPC and its clients

What you'll do

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential nonprofit clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other methods.
  • Sales Outreach: Reach out to new prospects and follow up with existing leads to close sales opportunities.
  • Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate website design solutions.
  • Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ExploreMyPC’s services.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service before and after the sale.
  • Negotiation: Handle pricing and contract negotiations to close deals that benefit both the client and ExploreMyPC.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on tech industry trends, competitor services, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results, providing reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and align on business goals.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to understanding nonprofit client needs and providing solutions that meet their goals.
  • Persistence: Demonstrated ability to follow through on leads and overcome objections.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products and adjust to changes in the market or sales strategy.

Qualifications
