Job description

Get Engaged Media is looking to hire a Social Media Account Associate who is passionate
about social media and digital content creation. As a Social Media Account Associate, you will
work as part of a cross-functional team, primarily assisting Account Managers, to develop,
manage, and execute brand communications for a variety of category-leading clients.
Responsibilities
• Work with Account Managers to develop and optimize social media strategies and
content for integrated marketing campaigns
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to
capitalize on real-time trends
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand
management, and client teams as necessary
• Assist in reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize
content
• Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for brands and communicate
with online communities in a timely manner
• Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our
clients as leaders in their industries
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following
platforms:

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
