THE ROLE

The Senior Finance and Accounting Manager willbe responsible fordevelopingand executingkeyvalue creation initiatives within thefinance and accounting function, Includingaccounting and finance processoptimization,GAAP compliance,month-end close,financial analysis, modeling, and business process improvements. This role balances hands-on accountingexpertisewith strategic advisory responsibilities, partnering with clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee accounting operations for clients, including month-end and year-endclose, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance,accuratetechnical accounting,high-quality financial reporting, and audit support.
  • Serve asprimaryliaisonbetween private equity sponsor and portfolio company leadership.
  • Provide financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in support of clientobjectives.
  • Partner with technology teams on ERP/accounting system design and implementation.
  • Act as the key point of contact for executives, boards, and private equity stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams to ensure excellence in deliverables.
  • Identifyopportunities to expand client relationships and the scope of services.
  • Oversee cash management activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, fixed asset investments, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Develop KPI tracking and operational reporting cadences.
