RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Specific Competencies:
  1. Research all information needed to complete accounts payable processing.
  2. Codes information in accordance with pre-determined categories.
  3. Keys payment information into computerized accounting software.
  4. Follows up on vendor statements.
  5. Assists with payment and error resolution.
  6. Maintains reports and files.
  7. Understands and observes organization policies regarding confidentiality and security of information.
  8. Special projects as assigned.

  2. Participates in educational experiences designed to maintain and/or improve professional competence.
  3. Maintains high work ethic standards.
  4. Provides quality customer service to staff, patients and visitors at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED

Experience:
  • Accounts payable processing experience preferred, but not required.

Certification/License:
  • None

WORK ENVIRONMENT
