What You Will Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, including direct and indirect reports, while supporting a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Manage month-end close, financial consolidation, financial statements, managerial reporting, dashboards, and external audit support.
  • Champion automation, technology, and process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency across accounting operations and internal controls, leveraging recent investments into Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Steward financial data by partnering with upstream and downstream teams to improve data governance, accuracy, and decision-ready reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner and thought leader, collaborating with FP&A, tax, audit, treasury, operations, and other leaders on financial strategy and business outcomes.

What You Will Need:

  • 10 or more years of experience in accounting and financial management, including financial reporting, analysis, cash flow management, and internal controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation a plus but not required, with CMA or CFA certification also considered a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting principles, financial systems, ERP environments, close-to-report solutions, and data governance practices.
  • Proven experience leading accounting teams, process improvement, automation efforts, and cross-functional projects with clear communication and accountability.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to farm management, senior leaders, peers, team members, and partners across the business.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
