Outsource Consultants is a customer experience (CX) advisory firm that helps organizations design and execute their outsourcing strategy. For the past 13 years, we have partnered with companies across industries and all company sizes to improve operations, customer outcomes, and efficiency through the right balance of people, process, and technology.

You will work closely with leadership, our fractional CFO, and our controller firm while having the autonomy to manage your day-to-day responsibilities independently.

This role calls for someone who can execute the daily work with precision and also think critically about whether we’re doing it the right way. If you spot a better process, we want to hear it.

This is a remote role for a Minnesota-based candidate working 32-40 hours per week, with quarterly travel to our headquarters.

If this describes you, let’s connect!
