The Operations Associate supports the management of a multi-billion-dollar institutional investment portfolio, providing critical operational, reporting, and analytical support to leadership. This role is responsible for investment manager onboarding, portfolio accounting and financial reporting, investment analytics, operational due diligence, and regulatory support. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate portfolio records, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting investment oversight within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Reviewing investment valuations and transactions
  • Preparing portfolio analytics and dashboards
  • Tracking private equity portfolio data
  • Supporting audit and tax processes,
  • Assisting with AI integration initiatives. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of finance, accounting, auditing, or investment operations experience
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, GAAP, and IFRS
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
