Job Summary

Are you an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nunica, Michigan. In this role, you’ll support daily office and accounting operations while helping maintain accurate records and a professional, welcoming work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Administrative Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
•    Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
•    Creating, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders
•    Managing spreadsheets, reports, and data using Microsoft Excel
•    Creating and working with pivot tables
•    Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
•    Greeting customers and visitors
•    Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
In addition, you may assist with customer and contact information in HubSpot and provide general administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications
•    Previous administrative, accounting support, or office experience
•    Strong Microsoft Excel experience
•    Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
•    QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
