This role supervises a team and works closely with project managers, operations, legal, and executive leadership to support financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and the growth of the company’s renewable energy portfolio. Key Responsibilities Overview General Ledger Oversight: Supervise month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Treasury & Cash Management – Direct company-wide treasury strategy, cash utilization, cash flow forecasting, intercompany funding plans, and banking relationships for 65+ entities. Project & Job Cost Accounting: Manage all aspects of job cost accounting, including job setup, budget alignment, WIP schedule preparation, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and margin analysis. Construction Draw Management – Oversee and approve all construction draws, from simple progress billings to complex draws involving multiple funding sources, retainage, and compliance requirements.
