Tempo/US-EcoLogic consists of four operating divisions: Tempo Mechanical, Tempo Service, US-EcoLogic Single Family and US-EcoLogic Multi Family.Summary: Tempo Inc./US-EcoLogic Accounting Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the accounting department while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. This position supervises accounting personnel, reviews accounting transactions and reconciliations, supports financial reporting, and promotes continuous process improvement. The Accounting Manager develops staff through coaching and cross-training, strengthens internal processes, and partners with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
