Job Description
  • - Work in close collaboration with the Senior Accounting Manager to manage daily accounting
  • operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and expense
  • management.
  • - Support the Senior Accounting Manager in leading monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes,
  • including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • - Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for local management and
  • headquarters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • - Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and forecast short-term funding needs of the U.S. sales
  • entity in coordination with the Senior Accounting Manager.
  • - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and reporting requirements in coordination with
  • external tax advisors.
  • - Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and
  • support audit requirements.
  • - Coordinate and support annual financial audits and other external reviews as needed.

  • - Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with mid-size ERP preferred.
  • - Language : English and Korean
