Administrative / Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Accounting Assistant to support daily office and accounting operations. If you have experience with administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and providing excellent organizational support, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and office staff
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and office records
  • Review invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for accuracy
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing and other accounting functions as needed
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and vendors professionally
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and other office projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, accounting assistant, bookkeeping, or related office support role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
