Job description

Overview:
Quantam Solutions provides IT solutions and consulting for various clients. We offer competitive hourly wages, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides oversight for the agency in the administration of the agency budget including coordinating with the Cabinet financial office and Federal program officers, on the Office's multiple recurring and competitive grants and state budget.
  • Performs budget administration for all grants to ensure policies and requirements are followed and assists the executive director in the preparation of reports as needed.
  • Prepares documents for contract approvals and submits procurement requests in SalesForce and monitors correspondence and conformity with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Other tasks include invoice coding, contract invoicing / reporting, budget forecasting, and assisting with annual contract renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Associate degree in accounting.
  • Detail oriented when reviewing budgets and following procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with shifting demands and rapid change.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
  • Preferred schedule is 4 hours per day.
  • Remote position but will have occasional onsite meetings in Frankfort, KY.
  • Interview will be conducted virtually.
  • Estimated start date 10/1/26.
