The Role

We'relooking for someone who has found their calling in accounting a professional who takes genuine pride in precision and has built realexpertiseover the course of their career. In this role,you'llmanage our day-to-day financial operations with a focus on complex reconciliations across multiple systems and insurance carriers.You'llalso bring leadership to the table, guiding and supporting two bookkeepers as a steady, knowledgeable resource.


What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, journal entries, and trust accounting
  • Perform complex reconciliations across multiple insurance carriers and internal systems
  • Conduct inter-system data reconciliation and billing verification
  • Handle fixed asset management and month-end closing processes
  • Provideday-to-day guidance and oversight to two bookkeepers
