Job Description:

  • Utilize and establish reporting templates/dashboards within operating systems, excel, SharePoint and other tools.
  • Print and distribute invoices and statements
  • Assisting with procurement process
  • Assist with data entry
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fulltime.
  • Proficient in Excel for data management
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong data analytics, financial acumen, and operational metrics drive mindset
  • Sophomore or higher class standing with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year-round
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
