Job description

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Accounting Assistant Intern to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Celebration. The successful candidate will have an interest in accounting or tax work, possess strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:
  • Temporary Role: 2 months, ending mid August
  • Pay: $20.00/hr W2 (No C2C)
  • Schedule: Standard 40 hour work week, Hybrid - 2x per week onsite Wednesdays & Thursdays

Responsibilities:
  • Manage document handling, including record preparation and scanning
  • Process financial & tax documentation and maintain tracking systems for compliance
  • Support audit processes by performing data review
  • Perform data entry into various systems
  • Assist with special tax projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • College coursework towards an Accounting, Finance, or business related degree
  • 0.5-1+ years of office administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong technical skills to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
