We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee accounting projects, administrative processes, and financial operations support. This position plays a key role in coordinating accounting activities, managing projects, improving processes, and supporting business operations through accurate reporting and effective team collaboration.

Job Summary

The Admin Accounting Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing accounting-related projects, administrative functions, and process improvement initiatives. This role supports accounting operations by coordinating projects, analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate accounting-related projects and administrative initiatives.
  • Support the Accounting Manager with ongoing projects, reporting, and operational improvements.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor project timelines to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information, resolve issues, and support business needs.
  • Review accounting processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project reports.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership.
  • Support implementation of new accounting procedures, systems, and process improvements.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests.
  • Oversee administrative workflows and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Train and support team members on accounting procedures and administrative processes.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and accounting standards are followed.
  • Manage confidential financial and employee information with professionalism.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting, finance, or administrative project experience preferred.
