We're seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to manage the monthly accounting for our business clients. This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values expertise, precision, and client relationships. This is an onsite position for our main office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

What You'll Do

  • Monthly Bookkeeping: Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20-30 small business clients.
  • Financial Reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
  • Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name!
